Have DOUBLE STANDARDS

Since MY Pool Gate was NOT up to standard because the Super Kid could vault over it using the 12mm DIA. Hinge as a step, how come THIS Gate PASSED inspection?

Resort Pool Gate  This Fence is barely 1.2m high and the HINGE is Bigger than mine (Twice the size at least) and the place is FULL of Kids.
But nobody made the Resort Owners put rediculous little CONES on the top of the hinge to stop the THOUSANDS of little kids a week from using it as a step???

25mm Dia. STEP?  This is the 25mm DIA Hinge Pin which the Pool Inspector didn't insisted could be used as a STEP by any Toddler because it was located in a UP-MARKET Holiday Resort
(How come?)

And AGAIN.

CLOSEUP  Even I could possably use THIS Size Hinge as a STEP
But THEY didn't have a Rat-Bag Inspector make THEM conform to their Stupid Hinge Rule like Me.
